I’m Back

I’m back and blogging again.  Never again will I use my personal name/email address on this site.

In the past few weeks I’ve realized how blogging effects my daily intake of food and what I choose to eat.  I typically document everything I eat and any drink that has calories/carbs/protein/etc.  whether it be pictured or just mentioned.  I have felt muuuch better on the days where I eat better, obvi!

This weekend has been very painful due to stuff.

That really cramped my style this morning bc there was NO way I was getting out of bed for any type of physical activity.  Instead, I walked up and down the stairs a few times.

I started my morning off with an amazzzzzzing bowl of banana oats.  I woke up early enough to make stove-top oats.

I took a picture before I let it de-liquify! 

My oats contained:

  • 1/2 cup Quaker oats
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1 banana
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

The aroma was simply divine.

Lunch was OK.  I had Po-Boy Express.  I’ve seriously slacked on eating it  I had the normal – turkey cajun on wheat – no olives.  Cheetos and a chocolate chip cookie. 

I sneaked in a few pieces of candy today.  I had a praline (!!) and a mini tootsi pop. – The camera ate the picture!

Last week I received an amazing package from Amanda.  We did a blogger exchange and I was so excited to get my package!  She in

She sent:

  • Flat Out Wraps
  • A few bars to try!
  • Black pearl rice
  • Justin’s almond butter (cannot wait to try this in the oats!!)
  • Flattened bananas (OMG – orgasmic I tell you!)  Craisins and some Starbucks coffee.

Amanda – you did great!! I love it all!!

For dinner I knew I had to use the Flat Out wraps somehow.  So I made a pizza.

It contained:

  • Chicken
  • Pepperjack cheese
  • banana peppers
  • jalapenos
  • red pepper
  • pizza sauce

I baked it in the oven at 450 for about 10 minutes.

**Notes to self: Buy a new camera battery – the phone SUCKS!

On the side I cute a pear and kiwi and ate it as a fruit salad!  I served it in my cute pumpkin bowl!

Around 9ish I needed a little snack bc I knew I would be up a bit longer so I had some Oikos Blueberry yogurt topped with about a teaspoon of BearNaked Vanilla Almond granola! =]

Let’s Try This Again

Apparently I had some stalking issues going on at the other blog, My Chubby Confessions.  I won’t go in to detail, but I enjoy blogging and I just figured I’d blog under a new name and not have my name where people can find me!  And I kind of liked my old name..ah..oh well.  Blogging will resume tomorrow!!
